Customers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed only after Confirmation Call to Customer.
We accept payments via:
Bank Transfer
JazzCash / EasyPaisa
Cash on Delivery (COD)
In case of payment failure, the order will be automatically canceled.
Delivery time: 1-3 working days (Faisalabad) | 3-5 working days (Other cities).
Free delivery may apply according to our Promotion
Customers must provide the correct address; TheGadgetPK is not responsible for wrong deliveries due to incorrect details.
7-day return/exchange policy applies only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Customers must ship the product back for inspection before refund/exchange.
Refunds are processed within 4-5 working days via the original payment method.
Products come with brand/manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
Warranty claims must be processed through the brand’s official service centers.
TheGadgetPK is not liable for:
Physical damage (Without Video Proof of unboxing parcel)
Software issues caused by unauthorized modifications.
Customer data (name, address, contact) is kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
We may send promotional emails/SMS; customers can opt out anytime.
TheGadgetPK reserves the right to:
Cancel suspicious orders.
Blacklist fraudulent buyers.
Take legal action in case of chargeback fraud.
TheGadgetPK is not responsible for:
Delays due to courier services or natural disasters.
Minor color variations (due to screen settings).
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be resolved in Faisalabad courts.
TheGadgetPK may update these terms; customers will be notified of major changes.
