2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 3 PM are processed the same day.

Orders after 3 PM or on holidays are shipped the next business day.

You will receive SMS/WhatsApp tracking details once dispatched.

5. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries

Recipient unavailable after 2 attempts

Refusal to accept COD payment

Courier will retry once (extra charges may apply).

Unclaimed orders are returned to us, and refunds processed (minus shipping fees).

6. International Shipping

🌍 Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The product must include all original tags, accessories, and invoices.

• Once approved, we will arrange a free exchange (no delivery charges).

💸 Refund Process:

If you choose a refund instead of an exchange:

1. The amount will be transferred online within 4-5 working days.
2. Alternatively, you can select another product of the same or higher value.
